Boys 15U Black and Boys 16U Black have been combined for group play of this tournament. Each team is guaranteed at least four games. Once group play has been concluded, the top two 16U teams will move onto the Boys 16U Black final. The two Boys 15U teams will not meet each other until their last game of the tournament, which will be considered the Boys 15U Black final.
